Requirements:

• Availability to work 100% at the Client’s site in Tallahassee, FL

Requirements:

• Business Analyst experience in an IT environment (7+ years)

• Experience in FLAIR or other Financial Systems infrastructure (7+

years);

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Management Information

Systems (MIS) or other technology related field.

Must-have skills:

7+ y of exp as an IT Business Analyst; 7+ y of exp in

FLAIR or other Financial Systems infrastructure; gov exp,; PALM System,

Visio, Smartsheet, PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA):

Project Management Institute (PMI), Certified Business Analysis

Professional (CBAP): International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA),

Certification of Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA): IIBA, or other

related skill certification.

Preferred:

• Experience with implementation of PALM System;

• Experience of all aspects of FLAIR including Chart of Accounts;

• Experience with Visio diagrams for process flow documentation;

• Experience with Smartsheet;

• PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA): Project Management Institute (PMI);

• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP): International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA);

• Certification of Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Gather and document detailed business requirements through

interviews, surveys, workshops, and other techniques;

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimizing

existing business processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and

achieve better outcomes;

• Monitor and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the

solution aligns with user needs.
