RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Understand stakeholder needs and facilitate requirements gathering sessions
- Coordination and facilitation of meetings for business process review
- Create and maintain an accurate project schedule
- Partner with Subways SME’s to complete required project documentation in line with program
- standards including, but not limited to: scope and schedule, functional requirements, As-Is and To-Be process flows, project status and summary reports
- Documentation, mitigation and escalation of project risks and issues, as needed
RISKS (required by MTA Risk Management):
- Describe the type of work consultant: Desk work only
- Whether any work will be performed within 50 feet of track right-of-way (yes or no) NO
- Whether the work may involve areas with environmental risks (lead, asbestos) — substantial or minimal (yes or no). NO

Task-Based Deliverables
- Project management documentation
- Technical design, configuration, and specifications documentation
- System configuration and administration
- Training development and delivery
QUALIFICATIONS EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience leading a large-scale EAM type project
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- In depth knowledge and experience implementing Hexagon EAM
- 2-3 years working experience with Railroad/Transit industry is preferred
- Ability to independently set priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent inter-personal skills including the ability to work with individuals at all levels of the organization
- Intermediate to advanced project management skills with proven ability to work within and
- independently facilitate cross-functional teams and work groups as needed
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of products, including Visio
