Must-have skills: supporting reservoir engineers, Combocurve database; Database tools: Spotfire, Power BI, Carte, Excel, Rodstar, WellView., Professional Engineering certification
Requirements:
- Availability to work at the Client’s site in Houston, TX (required);
- Experience working as an engineering tech/analyst supporting petroleum engineers;
- Experience in a reservoir engineering capacity;
- Experience updating charts and graphs for reports (Spotfire, Power BI, Carte, Excel);
- Experience tracking monthly flowback volumes (WellView);
- Experience building current downhole rod pump designs in database (Rodstar);
- ComboCurve experience.
Responsibilities:
- Perform QC work quickly and reliably, and communicate clearly and succinctly;
- Work on interpreting, organizing, executing and coordinating assignments’
- Plans and develops technical projects concerned with unique or controversial complexities which have important impact on major company programs;
- Acts as technical liaison to individuals within and outside their organization with responsibility to act independently regarding technical matters pertaining to individual’s field.
