Requirements:
- 48 Months of Experience in financial services project management leading the estimating, planning and implementation of data-related projects
- 48 Months of Experience in managing implementation activities that encouraged goal achievement
- 48 Months of Experience in independently analyzing, solving, and correcting issues in real time, providing problem resolution end-to-end
- 48 Months of Experience in maintaining detailed project documentation, including project plans, user stories (JIRAs, etc.), project status updates, minutes from project meetings, project descriptions
- 48 Months of Experience in proactively identifying risks associated with project development and delivery
- 48 Months of Experience in providing insight and guidance on the operational process design and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
- Project Management Professional Certification
Responsibilities:
- Lead the estimating, planning and implementation of data-related projects
- Participate in the gathering of functional requirements
- Manage the implementation initiatives in a manner that will encourage goal achievement
- Provide insight and guidance on the Department’s operational process design and opportunities for continuous improvement
- Set standards for data management and conceive projects needed to eliminate the gap between current state and future goals
- Examine business practices to ensure quality standards are being met or exceeded and identify opportunities to enhance quality assurance and efficiency through process improvement
- Interpret and deliver impactful plans that specify strategy and improve data integration, data quality and data delivery in support of business initiatives and roadmaps to achieve results
- Proactively identify risks associated with project development and delivery
- Independently analyze, solve, and correct issues in real time, providing problem resolution end-to-end
- Closely collaborate with data stakeholders across DFS to drive decision making processes and facilitate discussions to address conflicting viewpoints with the goal of arriving at mutually satisfactory agreements
- Maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, project status updates, minutes from project meetings, project descriptions, etc.
