Mandatory Qualifications:
- Level III- More than seven (7) years of experience working on complex projects with 2 or more years in a leadership role as a Specialist
- More than 7 years working on data conversion projects including tasks such as
- Source system metadata analysis, documentation, and validation,
- Source to Target system data mapping,
- Data profiling and data cleansing rules,
- To-Be system data requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and validation,
- Data synchronization and Bridging requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and validation, and Data conversion quality assurance testing
Desirable Qualifications:
- Five or more years’ experience with Data Quality processes, approaches, measurement techniques and business cases for data profiling, data cleansing, standardization, match and merge functionality using tools such as Informatica Data Quality
- Three or more years’ experience working in Human Service domain with a focus on eligibility, enrollment, case management and payment functionality
- Three or more years’ experience analyzing data and/or business processes relating to New York State or New York City Human Services eligibility systems such as the Welfare Management System (WMS) and Paperless Office System (POS)
- Three or more years’ experience analyzing data and/or business processes related to New York State’s Benefits Issuance Control System (BICS)
- Five or more years ' experience writing SQL statements and queries against RDBMS such as Oracle
- Three or more years ' experience analyzing data to better understand the data, identify issues with the data, and to inform data cleansing and transformations.
