Requirements:
- Availability to work 100% at the Client’s site in Juno Beach, FL (required);
- Experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in an IT-focused role (5+ years);
- Experience in developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other documentation;
- Experience in conducting system testing, developing test plans, and creating test scripts;
- Bachelor degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline
Preferred:
- Experience in project management methodologies and tools
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Conduct extensive analysis of existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement
- Create comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to document processes, policies, and best practices.
- Lead testing efforts by developing test plans, test cases, and test scripts, and coordinating user acceptance testing.
