Responsibilities:
- Review existing documentation to understand the basic standards required for the new product
- Identify stakeholders who will be impacted by the new product
- Interview stakeholders or their proxies to determine their requirements
- Generate personas, process flows, user journeys, and story maps
- Generate Lean Business Case documentation, and Epics / Features / User Stories in ADO
Requirements:
- Experience with Agile or SAFe Agile development framework and processes
- Ability to clearly define and articulate processes and requirements
- Strong analytical skills and enthusiasm for digging into the details to define user stories, capabilities, and impacts and coordinate delivery through Agile way of working
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities
- At least 5 years of strong working experience as a Business Analyst / Product Owner
- Ability to understand technical product challenges and contribute to defining and communicating solutions
- A professional, highly dedicated, detail-oriented, and energetic personality, with the ability to work and thrive in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of Visio, Miro, and ADO a plus
- Technical background a plus
