Must-have skills: Oracle EBS R12 Finance, Finance modules such as General Ledger ( GL), Accounts Receivables (AR), Subledger Accounting (SLA), Cash Management (CM), Accounts, Payables ( AP), and Fixed Assets (FA)
Estimated Duration: 6 months with possible extension
Requirements:
- Availability to work 100% at the Client’s site in Tallahassee, FL (required);
- Experience using Oracle EBS R12 Finance (7+ years);
- Experience with Oracle EBS Financial modules – General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivables (AR), Subledger Accounting (SLA);
- Experience with creating and restructuring GL Chart of Accounts (CoA) to meet statutory and regulatory requirements;
- Experience with SQL querying of Oracle EBS Financial modules;
- Experience with information technology system development, implementation, and operational maintenance principles;
- Oracle Application Implementation Methodology (AIM)/Oracle Unified Method (OUM) of documentation – ex: BR100, MD50 experience;
- Experience with field mapping, Integration touch points, Oracle APIs knowledge, table & column structures of important tables;
- Experience leading all functional aspects of CoA project – including requirements gathering, fitgap analysis, design, build, test, go-live and post-production support;
- Experience with System Administrator task related to Menus/Functions, Responsibilities, Users etc.;
- Experience with meeting facilitation;
- Experience with methods of data collection and analysis;
- Experience conduct fact-finding research;
- Experience with business analysis and requirements documentation;
- Experience in developing user guides and technical documentation;
- Experience in designing quality test processes to identify defects;
- Experience performing differing test methodologies in IT projects to find defects;
- Experience and skills using Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and Visio) (preferred);
- Experience with Oracle EBS Financial modules – Cash Management (CM), Accounts Payables (AP), and Fixed Assets (FA) (preferred);
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or other related IT
- Fields (required); Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or other related field
- or equivalent work experience (preferred)

- Documenting business processes and business requirements
- Analyzing business requirements to help define and design solutions to meet the requirements
- Creating the requirements traceability matrix to map requirements to test cases
- Documenting use cases and test cases
- Performing various methods of testing to ensure minimal defects
- Documenting project deliverables
- Providing status reports to the Project Manager
- Assisting in user training
- Ensuring customer expectations are met with the project
