Minimum Requirements:

  • Years Required/Preferred Experience
  • 8 Required Experienced Peoplesoft HCM Systems Analyst/Business Analyst actively involved in complex implementations and upgrades.
  • 8  Required Experience in gathering requirements, conducting fit/gap sessions, performing system configuration, documenting business processes, developing functional specifications, creating test scripts, conduct testing, and developing training materials
  • 8  Required Experience with Peoplesoft 9.2 HCM Time & Labor Module
  • 8 Required Experience as a PeopleSoft functional module lead for large PeopleSoft implementation.
  • 8  Required  Experience working with Peoplesoft 9.2 image upgrade project.
  • 8  Required Meeting facilitation skills for conducting project related work sessions and other meetings.
  • 4 Preferred  Public sector experience (Federal, State, or Local Government).
  • 2  Preferred  Experience working specifically on State of Texas PeopleSoft (known as CAPPS) for the Comptroller of Public Accounts, or with a CPA managed CAPPS Central agency, or with a CAPPS hub instance is required.
  • 2  Preferred Experience designing, configuring, and testing PeopleSoft Approval Workflow Engine (AWE) workflow approvals, version 9.1 or higher.
  • 2  Preferred Ability to set and meet functional team deadlines while maintaining an even disposition under pressure.
  • 2 Preferred Communication, analytical and interpersonal skills at all levels of an organization.
  • 2  Preferred Good teamwork skills, and ability to collaborate with other functional and technical staff on the project.
  • 2  Preferred Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively on diverse teams.
