Tasks & Duties

  • Initiate and implement testing
  • Identify user stories and translate them into Test cases as required.
  • Create Test cases vs. RTM Matrix against the user stories to support application development.
  • Ensure that the application development is according to the quality assurance standards.
  • Execute Integration test cases covering all integration points with other applications.
  • Coordinate defect triage calls with the design and development team.
  • Coordinate with the UAT team on UAT test strategy, and UAT test data.
  • Coordinate UAT defect triage calls with UAT team.
  • Helped the team with performance testing.
  • Identifying test automation scenarios.
  • Facilitating Postproduction verification for various releases.
  • Provide Management Reporting and Information dissemination
  • Analyze and document current systems and processes as currently implemented.
  • Make recommendations for improvements based on client feedback.
  • Work directly with business stakeholders, clients, designers, developers, and engineers to coordinate the building of applications to spec and on time.
  • Managing QA team activities – QA effort estimations, task allocations, creation of QA status JIRA dashboards and reports, facilitating QA signoff on meeting the defined exit criteria.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 4 Years Experience in Business/Quality Analysis tools such as : JIRA, Balasamiq & MS Visio.
  • Minimum 4 Years Experience with QTP, WinRunner, Visual Studio, Selenium, etc.
  • Minimum 4 Years Experience creating, executing and managing automation scripts.
  • Minimum 4 Years Experience with SQL Server, LoadRunner,Jmeter.
