Challenge

As a new business coming out of an established accounting company, the client originally approached Tech Smart Solutions to set up their new business IT infrastructure. The President and Co-Owner said, “I brought in a couple of companies to do this, and they all had different levels of experience. But none of them came close to what Tech Smart Solutions did.”

As the company started to work with Tech Smart more and more, they got used to Tech Smart’s high-quality service and the relationship grew, and their company grew.

As the company grew, the number of files and bills increased. “We have a ton of paper records,” says the president. “It’s a very paper-intensive and time-consuming process.” That’s why the company needed an end-to-end solution that would give them remote, paper-free access to all their data, regardless of whether they were at the office or working from home.

The president had a background in technology and had been in charge of the company’s IT for several years, but as he put it, “Technology was getting ahead of me and my interest in it, and we knew we weren’t doing the company any favors by continuing to put me in charge of our IT.”

Solution Overview

Results

The President loves Workspace. “I could be sitting at my desk right now,” he says, “because we are paperless. Most of our work is scanned and sent directly to the cloud – to Workspace. It can be accessed from anywhere, whether I am sitting at my desk, or I am in a hotel room.”
